2 days i'm been here to get well adjusted to the time, weather and everything else.
It's been lovely here. Nice quiet town, away from the heavy concrete buildings in main Prague.
So, Yeah. The tournament starts today. I'm so excited. International Umpires from Italy, Germany, France- as seen on tv is here. Funny how we talked less abt hockey, and more abt how's the football there? How's the weather?
And me being vegetarian here. They look at me weird, one go- we have nice meat here, one- frog are nice too- then, i mentioned I'm Muslim- all go 'OHHHH' So, yeah. I've been having lots of greens, pasta, cheese, salmon. :)
Really nice friendly bunch i must say. Makes me feel welcome. Glad to say I'm not the youngest! A first international match debut from 18-year old Belgium. Everyone won't go 'Oh, I'm could be you're mother/big sister/grandmother' This is my first European debut.
I've been blessed with being a neutral, and given a WHOLE room, with desktop (free wireless), nice toilet, 200++ tv channels. I'm spoiled here. Well, other neutral from Germany too had her own room- and boy-she's happy.
It is pretty nice here. 17-22 degree. To some, it's hot! I liked it.
I'm drinking lots of water, going for morning walks.
I'm having 2 games later- 10am Reserve, 2pm Umpire.
I miss ZULKARNAIN.
