Things are looking up

Oh. Right. Did i mention how much i love Singapore? And that i'm one lucky bitch.

Earlier in the week, I did blogged that i dropped my hp in a cab from Changi Airport.
Guess what?

That kind soul taxi driver actually came over last night and returned it. I'm blessed. SO blessed. I dunno how to thank him. Well, the phone might not be much of any worth but the memories that been stored in. And how long i've been using that number- close to 5 yrs- everyone who is anyone noes me by only that number. I really felt helpless w/o that fone. I even had a small piece of paper written of my own home number, my mom's office, dad's hp kept in my pocket for 3 days cuz i cld't remember them and small lose 10cents. Yes, that's hw pathatic i am.

Hmm.. myb the taxi driver sees my hp- not of any worth, read my lovey dovey messages and sympathize me. hahaha. OKok. Whateva he's reasons, i really thankful and blessed that there's such people in this world who is very very nice. Good Karma i guess? But 1 kickass, knock in the head thing i forget to do- to actually take down his particulars and ect- to write a formal appreciation letter in the newspaper. Damn. I'm still cursing myself for not doing so. I was juz too happy and speechless.

Jansenites' Funkey Tournament

Juz a fun tournament that takes not much effort to actually get a medal. heh. But i did manage to score yar! We came in 3rd. Whoohoo. Cuz there's only 3 teams in the Ladies'Open. Heh. Well, there's no pressure ya and there's nothing to prove basically. Bad mindset I noe (you must be shaking ur head) bt heck- i juz wan to enjoy it pre-season.

Starting frm next wk then things will get serious. Will gear up for the U21 and Premier League season 2006. Fitness wise esp!

Ever since i noe i've gain 4kg in the past mth or so. Nw i'm starting to be more conscious of my food intake! Watching out for those Calories. Well, more like minimizing them. heh. I even juz got myself Shape Magazine this month to inspire me more. And after reading those articles, losing weight sounds so so easy. I need to set realistic goals, eat smaller portions of food and EXERCISE!

4. Eat slowly and take smaller portion of Carbs.
5. Run 4 rounds before training.
6. 2 sets of 15 sit-ups before sleep.

Looks realistic enough aye. Well, i shall reach this goal and win my bet with him!
