Juz great fun. A nice slow down to the closure of the 3-day camp trial.
Well, didn't play much in the first few games due to tight muscles, hot weather, drained and cranky me. But things took it's turn and change of attitude after i had a good nap, ice-cream, food! weeee. fun. fun. fun.
CSC pulled out last min. So it was left with SCC and Hollandse Club. Oh well, the fun still have to go on!
Teams were named by various X'mas theme ect. Rudolph, Fruitcake, Roasted Chicken, X'mas tree and Jingle bells or how Rose and Qi Hui pronounced it Jingle balls or Jungle bells.
My team:- X'mas Tree; Karen, Nat, Saro, Kris, Duncan, Johan, Kaanthan, Kai Bin, Ismail, Desmond.
Things picking up during the last few matches. Where a friendly match becomes really friendly. Makin stupid passes, dumb trap that is unforgiven during a serious match. I remembered was shouting to Kaanthan like an idiot- upon receiving- i trip fell and gv a flop pass back. It was embarrassing! damn. BUT we picked up after that and scored soon after. It was juz fun and easy. X'mas tree rox tho we came in close to last? haha.
At the end of the day, Rudolph from Hollandse clup brought the imaginary X'Mas Cup home!
